MISSED APPOINTMENTS 

When you book an appointment with us, that time is allotted for you – and ONLY you.  We do our best to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time. 

 

Please understand that we only get paid when we deliver treatment.  Consequently, missed appointments are costly and prevent us from providing treatment to other clients. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.  

 

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 50% of the treatment as booked. If you are late, your treatment will still end on scheduled time. You will be required to pay for the full appointment. If 2 appointments are missed your practitioner has the right to deny further treatments.
